All Sales Are Final and there are no refunds
After purchasing your product make sure that you inspect the hair for accuracy. If you are unhappy with your product you have 3 days from the time you receive it to send it back for exchange or store credit only. Natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple hair care regimen. You can find a recommended care instructions on the hair tag. Due to the virgin hair unprocessed quality no bundles will have the exact same texture or color. Due to the nature of the product all sales are final: your product can be exchanged only if it is still under warranty. We will not accept hair if alterations or changes have been made. The hair must be in the original state it was sent in. All original bands and tags still in place or your exchange will be refused. Please contact customer service at email@example.com before sending items back for return. Please include original invoice with your returned item. Write your issue on the invoice so we can resolve your issue. You may not curl, braid, spray, wash, dye, wear, cut, flat iron or treat the hair in any way or your product will be void under warranty. You are responsible for shipping back to our facility. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused acceptable condition we will exchange the product or issue a store credit. There are no exchange, refunds or returns on any custom ordered products. Any item returned is susceptible to a $45 restocking fee. House of Bundlez reserves the right to cancel any orders without notice. All in store purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
